TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Depending on the dispatch type and not limited to any circumstances, a service call fee for $50 can be requested before a mechanic is confirmed to a customer. This service call would only be refunded in the following scenarios:

A mechanic could not be found by 24Hr Truck Services LLC
The customer did not accept labor rate, parts or mileage rates at the agreement conversation with the mechanic.
The customer cancels the dispatch before 45 minutes from the ETA given.
Mechanic Policy.

Any refunds of service calls will exclude any transaction fees since they are not reimbursed by the card issuer.
Refunds for service call fees will not be applicable when the customer is gone on arrival.
